Partnering

PharmaGap seeks co-development and licensing partners for its novel Protein Kinase C modulators (peptides and small molecules). The Company is pursuing a strategy of partnering its compounds at the pre-clinical or early clinical trial stage.

Research Partners

PharmaGap is currently collaborating with respected academic researchers to move the company's pre-clinical lead drug (PhGα1) forward towards human clinical trials.
 

Dr. Gary Schwartz at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, New York is studying PhGα1 for use in cancer as monotherapy and as combinatorial therapy with widely-used chemotherapeutic agents. 

Dr. Michael Adams at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario is assessing PhGα1's pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties.
